A customer had a need for a set of reusable endcaps to fit either a large or a small motor assembly.

Short for space they were loathed to stock and pay the tooling costs for two near identical endcaps neither liked the idea of tear out bars that had the potential to be lost meaning the endcaps would become redundant.

Whilst the new website contains many new ideas we hope you can still recognise the original Foam Engineers brand. Our core values remain the same; we listen carefully to our customers and work hard to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction that are possible.

Foam Engineers was contacted by an international provider of well site core handling services to the oil & gas industries to solve a long standing problem of theirs.

Amongst their many services they offer core and sample management, depositing into long term storage drill core samples taken at the well head.

An existing customer of ours manufactures high quality professional lighting products for the emergency services, military and outdoor use and was looking to devise a mobile lighting system built into a medium sized suit case.

Foam Engineers were approached by a leading international company in the design, development and production of electronic sensors, switches and control instrumentation systems.

The company were developing a new range of wireless control boxes and were looking for inexpensive foam as protective packaging. Simple enough but Foam Engineers went one step further and suggested a presentation quality, inexpensive foam that ticked all the right boxes in terms of performance, appearance and most important of all – price.
