As an independent company with global foam sourcing we are not restricted in the selection of foam materials and the shaping capabilities that can be achieved. Once a design concept has been agreed we have engineers available to manufacture initial prototypes which can be tested and approved before you commit to any tooling and production runs.

Foam Engineers operates a rapid quote and sampling service, backed up by a team of experienced engineers who are at your disposal. They will guide you through the selection processes and in turn ensure that tooling is made to meet every aspect of your specification. It’s our engineers who ensure there is a smooth transition from design and development into the foam fabrication production process.
